David Earl Kelly was born on September 4, 1950, in Corsicana, Texas and passed away on January 16, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his loving mother, Edna Kelly; wife Linda Kelly; daughter Tracey Kelly Kiplinger and brother Larry Kelly. The family will receive friends on January 21, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM followed by service at Wildwood chapel at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kelly Family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
