David Scott Jennings' Obituary
Celebrating the Life of David Scott Jennings, 71, passed away on Wednesday, May 18,2022 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on July 14, 1950, in Jacksonville, Texas. He was born to Robert and Verdene (Masters) Jennings. On August 30, 1969, at Lavon Drive Baptist Church in Garland, David married the love of his life Deborah (Wells) Jennings. After graduation he began his career as a paint contractor with custom home buildings.
Among his hobbies were poker, golf, baseball, football and movie enthusiast. He enjoyed traveling to Colorado with his wife and family.
He will be missed by all who knew him and will be remembered for being passionate, ambitious, loving and giving. David leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories.
David is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Debbie Jennings; daughter, Misty Jennings Green; son Brandon Jennings wife Misti Jennings; brothers, Don Jennings, Gary Jennings; grandchildren; Chase Green, Brodie Jennings, Gage Jennings; step-grandsons, Hunter Schnorrbusch, Chase Odom; great-grandchildren, Nixie Fae Holloway, Haizleigh Schnorrbusch; eight nieces, nine nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
