He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Laza; daughters, Darlene Barber and her husband, Bob, Lesley Laza, and son, Adrian Jacobs and his wife, Selina; and granddaughters, Ava and Olivia; sister, Lana Brian and husband, Kelly and their son, Kelly Jr. The visitation for David will be from 6:00 to 8:00 Pm on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75238 at Restland Road.
