Mr. David Leroy Lincks' Obituary
LINCKS, DAVID LEROY, born January 18, 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana and passed away May 19, 2007 in Garland, Texas. David was the seventh of nine children born to Violet and Tom Lincks of Indianapolis. He served his country in the Navy during Vietnam War. David retired from Southwestern Bell after 20 years of service. He was an avid gardener who enjoyed the outdoors. David is loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Janet, one daughter, Deborah Berney of Bossier City LA, four sons Ray, David and (Pam), Adam, Vincent (Christine) of Dallas, seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters, Patty McFarland, Carolyn Sue Lincks, Kate Radcliff, Mary Lous Cockrum and four brothers, Tom Jr., Bill, Steve and Kenny Lincks. Family to receive friends on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Service will be Wednesday May 23, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Restland Wildwood Chapel followed by interment at Restland Memorial Park.
