David L. McKnight, age 80, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, April 10, with his children at his side. David was born on April 13, 1941 to Eugene and Marguerite McKnight in Springfield, Massachusetts and raised in Charleston Read Obituary
David was my first cousin. I only met him once, in the 1960s. His father and my mother were siblings. I've been hoping to contact him and just now found this. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing, which makes me the only surviving grandchild of C. W. and Alma G. McKnight. I have several pictures which I hope to post in the following days, which I hope will be a comfort to his family. His little son Lewis is the only child to carry the McKnight name forward from this branch of the family. If Martha or Lewis would like to contact me, I would be thrilled to hear from them.
