David K. Moline's Obituary
David K. Moline, 57, suddenly passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018. He was the eldest child of Kenneth and Margaret Moline who preceded him in death.He was born in Miami, Florida then moved to Dallas, Texas as a young child.David followed his father’s passion by becoming a pilot. He flew for families and corporations domestically and internationally. He was also a flight instructor. He was involved in managing ranch and oil and gas properties.David was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. David never met a stranger and always made time to help others fix anything, work on projects, and problem-solve. He took after his mother with his witty retorts, delighting those around him. In his spare time, he loved to work with tools, wood, and metal, creating gifts for friends and working on specialized projects. He was also an expert in antiques and restoration.David attended Southwest Texas State (now Texas State University) and was a member of Lambda Chi. He obtained his BS in Geography from North Texas State University (now The University of North Texas).David is survived by his brother Joseph Moline, uncle and aunts Vern (Beverly) Moline and Olivia “Corkey” Efteland, all of St. Paul, Minnesota. He is also survived by numerous cousins and their families.Visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (Main Building.)
