David Paul Nix's Obituary
Nix, David Paul was born on September 17, 1933 in Melissa, Texas and passed away on May 5, 2013 in Forney, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nola Jewell Wisdom Nix and father, Thomas Allen Nix; sister, Ruby Lee Nix Smith; and brothers, William Oliver Nix, Charles Raymond Nix, Earl Lloyd Nix,, Thomas Allen Nix Jr., and John Marion Nix. David is survived by his wife, Charlsie Ann McIntire Nix; daughters, Paula Ann Nix, Lydia Estelle Nix Rone; son, Charles David Nix and daughter-in-law, Karen Dianne Wyles Nix; grandchildren, Achlie Nichole Nix Ruffin, Christopher Brett Rone, Kaitlyn Michelle Rone, Conner Christian Nix, and Stephen Thomas Nix; great-granddaughter, Kennedy Nichole Ruffin; sisters, Annie Jewell Nix Smithson, Mary Margaret Nix Lanier and numerous neices and nephews. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM in Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Hospital.
