Mr. David Harvey Woodlee's Obituary
David Harvey Woodlee, age 81, passed away on January 25, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. He was born on June 19, 1941, in Dallas, Texas, to Jewel Harvey and Lucy Louise (Brown) Woodlee. David served in the U.S. Army from 1959 – 1962. He most recently resided in Gun Barrel City, Texas.
He enjoyed nature, camping, fishing and bird watching.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Jewel and Lucy Woodlee and his brother, Denny (Dennie) Woodlee.
He is survived by the love of his life, Lavon; daughter, Melissa Woodlee Naughton and her husband Sean Naughton, granddaughter, Courtney Naughton, and grandson, Sean Naughton all of Reading, MA; brothers, Marty Woodlee and Scott Woodlee; sisters, Debbie Hopfauf, Teresa Stockard and Freida Adley; stepdaughters, Paula Popchoke and Karina Fenn and step grandchildren, Michael Popchoke, Jr., Trey Castle, Mollie Fenn and Devin Fenn.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 10:00am on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Restland's Abbey Chapel.
