David Theadore Youzva's Obituary
Mr. David Theadore Youzva, 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, in Richardson, Texas. He was born on Friday, January 4, 1929, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Theadore Karl Youzva and Natalie Youzva in Chicago, IL. Mr. David Theador Youzva will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.He married Nancy Bubnekovich on 10/7/1950 in Detroit, Michigan. He later married Olga Clayton on 9/4/2005 in Galveston, Texas.He was employed at Data Processing/ Ford Motor CO 15yrs, Mastercard/ Management 5yrs & Sales/ Management.He served in the Marines from 1950-1954 as a Corporal / Data Processing.He is survived by daughters Pam Gricius – Alpharetta, GA, Renie Vancleve – Garland, TX, son Scott Youzva – Garland, TX, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by spouse Nancy Youzva, Olga Clayton- Youzva- 2nd spouse, sister Renie Hurst.David “Dave” was the son a Russian immigrant preacher who became a devout Christian and loyal, loving family man. He served at his current Church of 52 years as a Deacon, Sunday school teacher,choir president among many other committees within the church. His hobbies included golf & fishing and if he had his way he wouldhave a golf club in one hand and fishing pole in the other. He also enjoyed gardening and was always a lifelong member of many choirs including the Barbershop Chorus – Men Of Note & Vocal Majority. Also to help him through his cancer treatments he developed a passion for painting. He was a very social man who never met a stranger. His family will always remember him as the calming influence in all their lives.Visitation for Mr. David Theador Youzva are Sunday, July 14, 2019 2-4PM at Restland Funeral Home.
