Sincerest condolences to the entire family from Debbie Travis and family. Mr. Gandy was an honorable man, a well-respected judge, and a wonderful brother to his sister, Mrs. Virginia Crouch. He made sure that her every need was met. He was very kind and gracious to me and my family for the TLC that we shared with her. I have been missing Mrs. Crouch for almost 10 yrs. and now I miss Mr. Gandy, as well. My love and prayers to all who will miss him.
