She was a customer at the mail center I worked at in the 90s. We provided the answering services for Lakewood Leasing. She was a very bright light and I still think of her and her cheerful countenance. Loved her stories about the Beatles fan club and the time she met Jimi Hendrix. I am sad to learn she has passed. I never met her personally, but Debby's dedication to preserving the history of the town of my birth brought back wonderful childhood memories that had long been forgotten by me. May this wonderful lady rest peacefully in our Savior's arms…..

I shall never forget Debbie because she made unforgettable childhood memories in my heart….too many to write here,but perhaps one day in a memoir. But there is one that has impacted my life. Debbie gave me my nickname, Neiter, because I was the neatest friend she ever had….another one that is so Debbie was we created the Nickelolini sandwich! It was fried bologna with melted cheese on top. We thought we were so smart and were sure we were to become very rich selling the sandwich for just a nickel! Debby was a beautiful person inside and out. The absence of her jubilant spirit and warm smile will leave an unfillable void for all who loved her and by those whose lives she touched. My dear Debby – you were an unforgettable spirit. I met this wonderful family when I babysat Angela and Jeremy when they were young. Her beautiful personality and exuberance for life were contagious. She always made you feel like you the best thing in the world – thank you for your friendship and always making me feel special.
