Deborah Anne Shaklee's Obituary
SHAKLEE, DEBORAH ANNE (Grandma, mimi, sis, sweetie pie) of Denton, Texas, loving wife, beloved mother, and cherished grandmother, daughter, and sister, passed away on February 12, 2014, after a courageous battle with Leukemia. Born in Dallas, Texas, July 5, 1952, she is remembered by her husband, Randy, together for 30 years; father, Jack Furlong; children, Jason Crowder, Jordan Crowder, Sarah Clayton Crowder, and Randy Shaklee Jr.; sisters, Jacquelyne Floyd, Stephanie Moore, and Jennifer McBrannon; and grandchildren, RayAnne Crowder, Lola Belle Crowder, Tyler Clayton, and Jackson Crowder. Debbie had a love for traveling and the outdoors, especially gardening and nature, and more than anything spending time with her four grandchildren. Service will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2014, in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Memorial Cemetery, Greenville Avenue and Restland Road. In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation be made to the Leukemia Society www.lls.org. The family would like to thank the doctors and the 11 th floor and ICU nurses at Medical City Dallas, who cared for her and despite only knowing her for a short time, knew how special she was to her family and friends.
