Debra Marie Allen Greene's Obituary
Debra Marie Allen was born to Jo Ann Allen on July 28, 1952 in Corsicana, Texas. Debra accepted Christ at an early age. She spent her early years in the Hamilton Park Community and was a graduate of Richardson High School Class of 1970, the first integrated graduating class for this school. Debra and her siblings Melody and Derrick loved each other dearly and were known as the house for all the kids to hang out. Debra carried on that characteristic even to her own household where she welcomed everyone’s children. She was a very strong woman who took care of her family and was about her career and business. A mother of 3, she balanced home, her career with the Austin State Hospital System in the Communications Department for over a decade, her marriage, and was the eldest child of her family. Her babies, Ellanora (Lynn), Layonda, and Goodie Jr were her heart.
Debra leaves to cherish her precious memories of her two daughters Ellanora (Lynn) Franklin (Rev. James Franklin), Layonda Banks, her son William Greene Jr. and her sister Melody Hawkins (Charles Hawkins)
