Debra “Elaine” Solomon was born May 30, 1956 in Terrell, Texas and passed away August 9, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded her in death by her mother, Winona Faye Walker. Survived by father, Ervin D. Solomon; brothers, Greg Hardy, Larry Solomon; sister, Rebecca Ann McGowan, 1 niece, 6 nephews, and her 3 dogs, Sam Brown, Cookie, and Dude. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA of your choice. Visitation will be 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm, Saturday, August 13 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
