I am deeply saddened to just now see that my oldest friend DeForrest has died over a year ago. We were best of friends in elementary school. I would love to say hello to anyone in his family that would like to hear about our childhood adventures.
DeForrest always had a smile and a wave for me across the street. I remember many chats at the curb. He always saw me working on the yard, and I think one time feeling so sorry for me, he gave me a huge bag of grass seed he had, just to help. I believe it is still growing ??
