Dennis Cordell Banks, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, in Richardson, Texas. He was born on Sunday, August 10, 1947, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Robert Evans Banks and Ruth Audrey Ruffin. Dennis will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
