BLAZEWICZ, DENNIS ROBIN – Dennis’ career included 25 years of compensation administration in the healthcare industry. However, his main focus was always his family. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carol Blazewicz; daughter, Holly Ta and husband, Don; grandchildren, Brady and Asher Ta; brother, Conrad Blazewicz and wife, Sue; sisters, Connie Stafford and Phyllis Freeman; 10 nieces and nephews. Visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 2, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service to be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Ellis Chapel, Park Cities Baptist Church, 3933 Northwest Parkway, Dallas, TX 75225. Graveside service to be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
