Mr. Pham Anh Dung (Dennis Pham)'s Obituary
With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we mourn the passing of Mr. Pham Anh Dung (Dennis Pham). He departed this world on November 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving behind a legacy of quiet strength, kindness, and enduring love.
Born on January 5, 1940, in Hanoi, Vietnam, Mr. Pham embodied ambition and resilience from an early age, earning the Colombo Scholarship to pursue studies in New Zealand. He later returned to Vietnam, where he completed his education at the National Institute of Public Administration in Saigon, graduating with distinction in public administration and economics.
During his dedicated years of public service, he held several key government roles, including Deputy District Chief in Central Vietnam and, later, Deputy Director of the National Institute of Refresher/Advanced Training under the Prime Minister’s Office in Saigon. His commitment to learning and leadership was further recognized when he received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship in August 1974, allowing him to pursue postgraduate studies in the United States. He went on to earn a master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University in New York. He then continued his lifelong service to the public through his work with the State Government of Texas.
Mr. Pham is tenderly remembered by his devoted wife of 53 years, Mrs. Nguyen Mong Diep (Debbie Pham). Their marriage was built on unwavering devotion and enduring love. He is further survived by his daughter, Mrs. Krystina Tran (Pham Quynh Tram), his son-in-law, Mr. MT Tran (Tran Quoc My), and grandsons, Zachary Aaron Tran and Brandon Daniel Tran.
He will be missed beyond words. Our lives were enriched by his presence, and the love he gifted us will endure for all time.
The funeral service will be held at Restland, located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243. We cordially invite family and friends to attend the funeral services for our beloved husband and dad.
