Destiny Leanna Wines' Obituary
Destiny Breitling Wines
September 21, 1994 – May 12, 2026
She carried a kind of lightness that could soften even the hardest hearts. No moment stayed heavy for long around her, because somehow Destiny could turn anything in life into something worth laughing about. She had a hysterical sense of humor that was effortless and contagious — the kind that caught you off guard and stayed with you long after the laughter faded.
But beneath all of that humor was a woman with a deeply tender heart and an unwavering love for God, her family, and nature. Destiny’s tender heart truly shaped the way she loved the people around her — gently, sincerely, and wholeheartedly. She saw beauty everywhere because beauty was the lens through which she viewed the world.
Destiny found the most peace with her family in nature. The trails, lakes and streams drew her in, and provided a peace only Gods creations could. She loved everything Texas.
Though born in California, she was a Texas girl through and through, forever connected to the rivers, skies, and open spaces that made her feel at home.
Destiny also loved creativity in all its forms. She saw art everywhere — in music, in fashion, in cooking, in crafts, and in the little details that made life feel beautiful. She especially loved baking with her babies, filling the kitchen with laughter, flour-covered hands, and warm chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven. To Destiny, love was something you created and shared.
She was born to Deanna Breitling and Todd Breitling and grew up alongside her siblings, Christa, Tiger, and Rein, surrounded by friendships, memories, and a family who loved her deeply. As she grew older, Destiny became the stunningly beautiful, hilarious, and unforgettable woman so many people cherished.
But the greatest role of her life — the role that defined her heart completely — was a wife and a mother.
When Aurora was born, Destiny’s world changed forever. Aurora carried a warmth that could melt anyone’s heart. Soon after, Destiny met Tim Wines, and they began on a journey that eventually brought their son Timothy into their lives — lovingly called “Timmy.” He inherited his mother’s curiosity and his father’s attention to detail, a perfect reflection of the love that created him.
From the moment Destiny became a mother, she found herself becoming more than she ever thought she could be, and nothing mattered more to her than her children. Destiny was most at peace during quiet movie nights, when just the four of them would cuddle together with popcorn, snacks, and her babies wrapped in her arms. Being their mom was not just something she did — it was who she was. Her family was the center of her universe, the deepest part of her joy, and the purest expression of her love.
The loss of Destiny leaves an ache far too deep for words. She was the kind of person whose presence made life brighter, softer, and more beautiful simply because she was in it. And if tears are any measure of how deeply someone is loved, then it is certain this world will never forget our beloved Destiny.
Until we see you again, we love you endlessly.
