Mrs. Diane Jeanne Camarillo's Obituary
With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Diane Jeanne Soelter Camarillo, on September 23, 2024. She had been hospitalized and was recovering from a mini stroke.
Diane was born on May 7, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in the Richardson/North Dallas area. She attended Richardson High School, graduating in 1971, and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Amber University.
Diane met her husband, Richard, while working at Neiman Marcus downtown. They married in June 1975 and celebrated 49 wonderful years together. She was a devoted pet owner, a loving aunt, and had a wicked sense of humor that always brought joy to family and friends.
Diane leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories. She is survived by her husband, Richard; her mother, Lila Soelter; her sisters, Judy Spiva (Mike), Geri Shaw, and Cindy Holland (Jeff); as well as numerous nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
A memorial and celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
