Gato wasn’t an ordinary friend. He was another brother. He always had my back through any situation. He didn’t just bring positive energy around; he also made everyone around him better. He made people’s confidence bloom on the field and off the field. He never once failed to make anyone smile. He always brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Even when he faced his problems, he never let them affect him on the pitch or in general. All the beautiful memories of us winning, losing, laughing, and celebrating will always stay in my heart. I regret not meeting you sooner, for you changed my life completely around in the short span we met. I love you, Gato. You’ll be missed forever.
