Dolores Aliene Carpenter's Obituary
Dolores Aliene Carpenter was born June 28, 1929 to Horace and Sally VanHoy in Plainview, TX and passed away December 27, 2018 in Garland, TX. She was a good and gracious mother, and a grandmother who loved to spend her time dancing, especially square dancing. Every Sunday and on Wednesday nights, Dolores had her kids at church and loved taking care of others. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Sue Goodwin; sons: Stephen Carpenter and Thomas W. Carpenter; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter and her parents. Services for Dolores will be held at a later date.
