FIELDS, DOLORES ANNE born July 11, 1934 in Roanoke, Virgina has passed away July 10, 2013 in Rockwall, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lucille Manspile; her husband, Jack D. Fields. Dolores is survived by her daughters, Kathy Hannon and husband, Patrick, Karen Gracy and husband, Derek; son, Kenneth Fields and wife, Rosemary; sister, Pauline Patterson; grandchildren, Chad Hannon, Shawn Hannon, Ben Fields, Alisha Lilley, Trisha Gracy; great- grandchildren, Audrey and Nora Hannon, Vivianne Rose Lilley. Service will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 225 North Michigan Ave., Fl. Chicago, Il 60601.
