Andy was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Sue (Donaldson) Flanagan and his brother Bryan Flanagan.
Andy is survived by his brother Garren Flanagan and Sharon Oehler, brother Jack Flanagan and wife Gloria, nephew Justin Flanagan and wife Pauline, niece Amber White and husband Kevin, and niece Paige Spiva.
Andy leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories, and he will be sincerely missed by his loving family, and friends.
