Land, Donald Madison Of Garland, TX went home to be with the Lord on May 26, 2012. Don was born in Greenville, TX on February 27, 1943. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Madison Land and Beatrice Dale Land and his sister, Sandra. Don is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; sons, John (Belinda), Jerry (Lisa), Tommy (Nicole), and Robert (Rachelle). He is also survived by his twin sister, Delores Blanton and his sister, Nancy Comer as well as his beloved grandchildren, Rachel, Sadie, Hayden, Abigail, Madison, Chloe, Makensie, and Colton. There will be a private viewing at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas on Tuesday, May 29th from 4:00-5:00pm followed by a public viewing from 5:00-7:00pm. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 30th at Axe Memorial United Methodist Church in Garland, TX at 2:00pm.
