Donald Charles Neumeister's Obituary
Don Neumeister 91yrs of age passed away here on earth and joined The Angels of Heaven January 13, 2016. Following his service in Army Air Force during the WW11 as a Radar Specialist, he brought his Patriotism home to his community in Minnesota and on to settle here in Dallas Tx. His service as a Deacon and member of Lakeside Baptist Church for more than 60yrs is a strong statement of his Love of the Lord. He is remembered as a vibrant contributor to The Kiwanis club, The Guideans, and many organized Prayer Groups as well as enjoying his favorite sport The game of Golf. Being rewarded and an early recipient of the prestigious “Million Dollar Round Table” gave recognition to his Career Excellence. His devotion as a Husband, Father, and Grandfather can only be exceeded by his gift of laughter and love of singing praises to The Lord. These recent years Don kept busy dashing about Autumn Leaves on his scooter spreading sunshine and laughter, always ready to share converse and serve. Don is preceded in death by his first wife Bobbie Jean Neumeister. He is lovingly survived by his wife Beth Neumeister and cherished by children Donna Enochs, Steven Neumeister, Janelle Russell, and Kathy Hillesland (deceased) along with children Eileen Hara, Dwight and Laura Gentry. The loving surviving Grandchildren are Craig, Heather, David Hillesland, Amy Gwyn, Daniel (deceased), Anna Neumeister, Aaron Davidson, Jennifer Taylor, Alison Shirley, Michael, and Andrew Smith along with Seiji (deceased) Midori, and Koji Higashi. There are 16 glorious great grandchildren surviving their precious Great grandfather Don. The visitation for Don Neumeister will begin at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Don will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 12:30 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
