He was born on Tuesday, June 8, 1954, to his loving and thoughtful parents, William Edward Smith and Pauline Ray in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Donald will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. Services are currently being determined.
