ARELLANO, DONNA JEWELL WILBANKS born September 13, 1963 to Jerry and Monika Wilbanks in Little Rock Arkansas, passed away on December 27, 2009 in Richardson, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father. Donna is survived by her husband, David Arellano; daughter, Ava Savannah Arellano; mother, Monika Wilbanks; sister, Cheryl Ann Francis; and brother, Scott Wilbanks. A visitation will be held at the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Services will be Thursday, December 31, 2009, at 10:00 AM in Memorial Chapel.
