Donna Lois Compton, age 84, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully on April 23, 2019 in Plano, Texas of natural causes. Donna Lois Compton was born on May 17, 1934 to her loving and thoughtful parents Ernest Odgers and Theda Odgers in Pontiac, Illinois. She married Nicola Russo on December 26, 1954, he passed away in 1955. She then married Danny Compton on May 12, 1967, he died in 1991. Donna was a Technician at Texas Instruments for 10 years. She was a member of Saturn Road Church of Christ. Donna is survived by her Daughter; Nicoletta Creutzmann and Sons; Byron Patterson Compton and Kurtis Leon Compton, Sisters; Dorothy Lawson and Darlene Milam, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Nicola Russo, Danny Compton, Dan Odgers and Leonard Odgers. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.There will be a memorial service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 27th 2019, at Restland Funeral Home.Funeral arrangements for Donna Lois Compton have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
