Donna was a thoughtful and caring person who had such compassion for her patients as well as her friends. It is rare to find someone with the longevity of service she had! I appreciated her sweet smile, dedication and dependability. She is rejoicing and in perfect peace now! -Shirley Fahrendorf

What a beautiful obituary and picture of Donna! Look at that beautiful smile! It is clear that she came from a great heritage and a loving Christian home. What a blessing, as so many people suffer in their childhood!
I knew Donna in Pathway, our Christian women's book club. She was always a fine example of someone who loved the Lord. We all have missed her since she left us because of her health, but she has MANY friends among us. I am so sorry for your loss.
We send our sympathy to the family of Donna Jean Skaggs. Blessings to all, Anna Lee Skaggs Keller

My Valentine to you....love always, Sandra Skaggs Menke

I always looked forward to my visits with Donna during my hygiene appointments in the offices of Dr. Croft and Dr. Stukalin. I wasn’t like a usual dreaded appointment but one I looked forward to because of her cheerful spirit, engaging conversation and upbeat outlook on life! The two offices were like family and we had an office Christmas party together for many years. My husband David thought Donna was so sweet and special. I am sure they are visiting and laughing over old dental stories together now. One other special note was that she gave a home to a lovely dining room suit that David’s parents owned. When we were moving the furniture from their family home we were so happy she could use the set in her new apartment. Our family has happy memories with Donna both professionally and personally. Our love to her family at this time of loss.

My prayers & sympathy to Donna’s family. I first met her at Caruth School of Dental Hygiene when we were students. We would see each other at meetings or Alumni functions throughout the years. She was always such a sweet & friendly person. I know she will be missed by all those who loved her.
Sending prayers, blessings and love to Donna's family. I met Donna through our mutual friend Bonnie Pate. Donna was a very caring lady and I will miss her.
