Donna Jean Skaggs' Obituary
Donna Jean Skaggs, 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in Greenville, Texas. She was born on September 3, 1945, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Harlan Skaggs and Dorothy Pierce Skaggs in Dallas, Texas. Donna Jean Skaggs will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
She is survived by Sister Claudia Sweeney, Austin, Texas, Brother Larry Skaggs and his wife Kim, Greenville, Texas, Nephew Heath Skaggs & wife Stefany Skaggs, Greenville, Texas, Great nephews Jasper & Ashton Jenson.
She was preceded in death by parents Harlan and Dorothy Skaggs.
Donna graduated Caruth School of Dental Hygiene Baylor College of Dentistry 1967. She worked for Dr. Croft for 27 years and then Dr. Stukalin for 15 years until she retired in 2013.
Donna was sweet, faithful and giving. We can all think of the times Donna touched our lives and made it better. She deeply loved God, her family and friends. She always gave of herself and never expected anything in return. The beautiful picture of Donna we chose, Donna is young, beautiful looking into the future ahead. That is exactly what we believe Donna looks like now with eternity ahead of her.
Visitation for Donna Jean Skaggs will be held Friday, February 14, 2020 at 11:30 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be held Friday, February 14, 2020 at 12:30 PM in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
