Hi Dad Happy Father's Day………….. You have been gone 17 days now and the pain and grief is just as bad today as it was on June 2. I miss you and love you so much. Dad…the void your death has left has broken my heart. Every time we were together you "recharged" me with your totally accepting, gentle, loving and soothing presence, Your uplifting humor and outlook on life has had an affect on me and many others. I could always see in your eyes the depth of your love for us all. I hope you know how much I admired you and how you shaped my life. My husband and I have lived next door to the Scotts for over 35 years. They were the first ones to welcome us. Don has helped me in so many ways. When I got locked out of the house, Don got on his computer and found a locksmith for me. When our house was burglarized while I was at work and the alarm company called me, Don insisted on going into the house with me (using his walker)! He also offered to help us out when I baked cookies or brownies so we wouldn't overeat!!! He will be greatly missed and long remembered. Lynn and Jim Hunzelman
