Donnie "Dog" Phipps, age 78, of Garland, Texas passed away on December 10, 2020.
Donnie was born in Dallas, Texas on December 11, 1941 to Charles and Mary (Hayes) Phipps and is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Phipps; daughters: Shannon Phipps and Paige Page; sister, Mary Campbell and husband, Don; grandson, Del Page; step daughter, Debbie Davidson; step daughter, Sheri Hall; nephew, Stan Phipps and many other loving family and friends.
Pallbearers in attendance: Stan Phipps, Don Willard, Reece Willard, Chase Willard, Joe Smith and Del Page.
