Doris Joy Craig's Obituary
Joy was born September 11, 1920 in Catoosa County, Georgia to Charles and Grace McDaniel and went to be with her Lord on February 23, 2015 at her home in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband of forty-five years, James C. Craig .She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Fulton and husband, Bob of Dallas; granddaughters, Jaymee Giddings and husband, Matt of Dallas and Christel Crigler and Jim of Dallas as well as three great grandchildren, Tom Giddings, James Crigler, Audrey Crigler. Joy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. She had a kind and loving spirit and was most generous and always put others needs before her own. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the greatest caregivers that took care of Joy during the later part of her life. A Memorial service for Joy will be held at 12 noon on Friday, February 27, 2015 in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Rainbow Days, www.rdikids.org.
