Dear Lee, Vicky and I were deeply saddened to hear that your mom had passed away. We all have very fond memories of our times with Aunt Doris and Uncle Toby as kids at the family reunions. You are in our thoughts and our prayers for God's blessings and comfort to your and your family.
Leona, I wish I could record every memory and experience that I had with your mother and father to give to you and your children as a gift. They would all be happy and wonderful. The gift they gave to me was one of the loving, joyous times we shared at their home, at holidays at my grandparents with all the extended family, and at other familiy homes. I will always treasure those timeless memories and the legacy your mother left for all of us.
Leona, I always enjoyed visting with your mother. I loved talking politics and current events with her and she was always so sweet to fix me coffee everytime we visited her. I really thought she was a great lady (and I still do) and I am honored and pleased to have known her. My deepest and most sincere thoughts and prayers go out to you Leona, and to Brandon and Amanda. May God comfort your heart, give you clarity of thought and guide your path each and every day and leave you with fond memories of your mother. Your Friend, Rusty
Lee, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We all have such good memories of Christmases and vacations at Grandma's house. Aunt Doris and Uncle Toby were treasured parts of our family. We will never forget them. Love, Aunt Tressie and Debbie
Lee, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories bring you comfort during this difficult time. Love, Sheryl
Leona, Amanda & Brandon, My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, always. May God's peace and comfort consume and carry you through this difficult time.
I have so many wonderful memories of our times together with Aunt Doris and Uncle Toby during our childhood. Her sense of humor was one of her most memorable traits. She had that rare storytelling skill that made the most ordinary of stories both interesting and hilariously funny. My thoughts are with you and your family today, Lee, as I recall with nostalgia those Fomby reunions. With much love, Karen
