March 1982 I moved to Texas from Hawaii with.My Husband mike and two children, Troy 4 and Justin 4months. Doris knew that I was completely lost and out of my element the first day day I walked up the stairs at Campbell centre. She took me immediately under her wing became more than just a co worker. We were friends and lunch buddies until she retired from Merrill lynch. I would drag her to so many different restaurants. Thai became one of her favorites I would order for her. Her first experience there I ordered chicken satay on a skewer. When Doris tried to remove the chicken with her fork it flew across the table and hit a guy in the back of his neck. We laughed so hard that couldn't finish our lunch. That was just one of so many memories we shared. Thank you Doris for everything and especially all the wonderful yeArs together.
