Doris Narrell Hostad's Obituary
HOSTAD, DORIS NARRELL was born on January 9, 1919 in Loraine, Texas to James Nick Narrell and Ada (Foster) Narrell. She passed away on June 11, 2011 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Mr. Fred Bruce Hostad. Mrs. Hostad is survived by her daughter, Nancy Weatherford; grandsons, Tad Weatherford and his fiance Sarah Stutts and Nick Weatherford; cousin, Mavis Smith; numerous nieces and nephews. The family of Mrs. Hostad would like to thank her caregiver, Rosetta Williams and Grace Hospice. Mrs. Hostad taught for many years at Irving High School. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Exodus Ministries of Dallas or All Texas Dachshund Rescue. Services will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery.
