Doris graduated from Bartlesville High School and then attended Success Secretarial School, met her husband Merl there and graduated in the first class of the Success Secretarial School in 1937. She was fulfilled and successful in her business career. Doris was also a great cook, decorator, and was able to enjoy traveling all over the world with her husband Merl, thanks to American Airlines. Her loving and caring manner was beyond what words could express. She always put others before herself. Her faith was foremost in her life and it sustained her until Alzheimer’s disease took her mind. The last words wer heard her say were “I love you.” She could tell everyone even strangers she met that she loved them, expressing sincerely those sentiments until she could no longer speak. Life will not be the same without her, but the legacy she leaves for us will always be there as we strive to live as gracious a life as she lived. We will remember her here on this earth until we see her again in heaven. Doris as wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother will be deeply missed. Our family wouldl like to thank you for sharing in this memorial service today. Merl Moyer, Janet Jimmerson, Louise Sharp
