SANDEFER, DORIS E. Born March 4, 1920 in Ames, Iowa and passed away July 7, 2011 in Garland, Texas. Doris is survived by her husband of 59 years, Samuel Robert Sandefer; daughter, Kathy Brownlee and husband Jimmy; son, Tommy Sandefer and wife Virginia; grandchildren, Jeff Brownlee and wife Carissa, Amy Brownlee, Kevin Brownlee, Patricia Sandefer, Laura Sandefer, Samantha Sandefer; great grandchild, Cooper Brownlee; sister, Naomi White; and sisters-in-law, Martha Sandefer and Mary Long. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, July 8th, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30pm on Saturday, July 9th, 2011 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
