Doris Donham Taylor's Obituary
Doris Donham Taylor passed away on October 17, 2023. A beautiful soul and matriarch of her family.
The youngest of nine siblings born in Garland, TX on April 28, 1936 to Mrytle and John Trousdale. She attended Garland High School, graduated with honors and was a Dashing Deb.
She married Donald G. Donham and raised her three loving sons, Russell, Tim & Michael Donham in Garland. After Don’s untimely death in an auto accident, she took over his business and ran it successfully for years. Running the business, she still managed to always make her sons feel like a priority in her life.
After raising their sons, she met and married Ralph (Skip) Taylor, devoted to her he always made sure she had everything she needed. They loved to travel and spend time with family. Friday nights were reserved for Skip making fajitas and drinking margaritas.
Doris is survived by: husband/ Skip Taylor, sister/ Janette Carroccia, 3 sons/ Russell Donham, Tim Donham, Michael Donham (wife Dinah), 2 stepson’s/ Chris Taylor, Nathan Taylor (wife Melissa), 10 grandchildren/ Miller Donham, Hudson Donham, Hayes Donham, Coleman Donham, Sarah Grace Donham, Jordan Taylor, Josh Taylor, Keely Taylor, Megan Taylor, Nikolas Taylor & many loving nieces and nephews.
