TRITTON, DORIS ROBERTA (PEGGY) EVANS Peggy was born March 31, 1921 in Augusta, Kansas to Robert and Mae Evans. She grew up in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She married Robert Tritton, Jr. in 1942, who passed away in 1977. They raised their children in Richardson, Texas. Peggy retired from the Salvation Army after working at divisional headquarters in Dallas for many years. She had previously worked as a bookkeeper for JC Penney, Home Interiors and Gifts, Homers. Peggy was a 50 year member of Edwin J. Kiest, Chapter #959, O.E.S. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and stepdaughter, Violet T. Collins. Peggy is survived by 4 children, Norman (Anita), David (Jill), Robin (Billy) Lebo and Loueen (Gary) Crawley; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Patricia Woodul, Margie Prock and Eunice Ferguson and many nieces and nephews.
