Dorothea Alice Scarborough's Obituary
Dorothea Alice Scarborough, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 95. Alice was married to Paul Scarborough for 50 years and together they raised 4 children, Rene Shelton, Dee Ellis, Gina Quiroga, and Mike Scarborough. She was a proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Alice loved shopping, sewing, embroidery, and gathering the family for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. She cherished her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her children will always be thankful for the sacrifices she made to provide them with the best possible opportunities.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and aides at Baylor Scott and White, Lakepointe for attending to her in her last days, and all of her caregivers for their love, care and companionship.
