Dorothy Laverne Balentine was born on October 07, 1934 in Ladonia, Texas and passed away on January 26, 2015 in Mesquite, Texas. She was the daughter of Enes Estelee Morgan and Leonard Alvin Hadaway. She was preceded in death by her husband of54 years, William Raymond Balentine, and granddaughter, Tanya Nicole Talent; sister, Inez Neville of Dallas, TX; brother, Leonard Hadaway of Dallas,Texas; and brother, Myer Daniel of Mesquite, Texas. She is survived by son, Michael and wife, Chandra Balentine of Georgetown, TX; daughter, Cynthia George of Mesquite, TX; son, Jack Balentine of Mesquite, TX; son, James Balentine of Mesquite, TX; daughter, Cheryl and husband, Steven Kay of Mesquite, TX; granddaughter, Chelsea Coulter of Mesquite, TX; and great-grandchildren, Tristian Talent and Rosaleigh Coulter of Mesquite, TX; and Weldon Hadaway of Haslet, TX, and a host of other family and friends. The memorial service for Dorothy will be at 12:30 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2015 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
