Dorothy Beal's Obituary
Dorothy Jean Slape Beal was born on March 28th, 1926 in Jacksboro, TX and passed away in September 18, 2011 in Dallas, TX. Dorothy was a long time member of the Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents Ida Isabell and John Dee Pitts; her husbands, Orville Eugene Slape and Cecil Eulis Beal; her siblings Nora Shaw, Lucille Samples, Willie Mae Buck, Ruth Sharp, Benjamin Pitts; sons Donald Eugene Slape and Eugene Beal; one grandson and one great grandson. Dorothy is survived by sister Tommie Grubbs, daughters Dianna and husband Dwight Bonham, Linda and husband Fred Bennett, Carolyn Fitzgerald, Patsy Tyree, sons Tony Beal and wife Becky and Kent Beal and wife Peggy; 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on 9-21-11 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10am 9-22-11 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
