Dorothy Louise Blake's Obituary
Born April 4, 1921-Gainesville, Texas. To describe a lifetime of eighty-seven years of devotion to her Lord, family and friends is impossible. “Moms” touched the lives of so many people by being simply herself. Never did she hesitate to help anyone when they needed help. Monday the 17th of November our Lord granted her wish to be with Him, her family member and friends who preceded her in death. Always will she be remembered by her remaining three sons, Rodger, Sam and Don; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and one more due to arrive in December. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at the First Christian Church of Garland at 10:30am, Thursday, November 20th followed by burial in restland Memorial Park.
