Doris Mcdade
I had the honor of taking care of Mrs. Dorothy @ Horizon Bay Retirement. I had grown to love her as she was my grandmother. She was very dear to me and we had developed a bond that I hold dear to my heart. There were so many times that she would look up to me and say "Doris, I don't feel good", I would just lean over and hug her tight and tell her I know Whenever I was on duty I made it my duty to check upon her and just to let her know that I loved her and she would tell me the same. I would leave her room bragging to my coworkers that she loves me. When I transferred to the overnight shift, I didn't get to see and talk to her as I did, but I would always open her door and look in on her. The news of her passing had hit me so hard and it is still hard to accept. My prayers are with you.
