Preceded in death by mother; Mary Willie De’ Chaume Bridges, father; Samuel Thomas Bridges, husband; David Noah Whitaker Sr., son; David Noah Whitaker Jr., great-grandson; Drake Anthony Cobb, great- granddaughter; Syrrena De’Coata Sanderson, three brothers; Henry Franklin Bridges, Samuel Thomas Bridges Jr., William Lloyd Bridges, sister; Lena Mae Bridges, and numbers of half brothers and sisters. Survived by sons; Charles Thomas Whitaker and wife Debbie, Michael Dale Whitaker and wife Sally, Gene Franklin Whitaker and wife Irene. Daughters; Dorothy I Parker and husband Jess, and Linda Dianna Henderson. Five grandsons; Nathanel Thomas Whitaker, Christopher Eugene Henderson and wife Theresa, Michael Lloyd Whitaker and wife Ali, Cliffton Gene Whitaker, and John David Alexander Whitaker. Five granddaughters; Angela Rebecca Hinojoza and husband John, Melissa Ann Bishop and husband, Stacey Elizabeth Hollingsworth and husband Neal, Erin Dianna Jackson and husband Chuck, and Valerie Renee Hernandez and husband Luis. Six great-grandsons; Chandler Glenn Hinojoza, Noah Parker Hinojoza, Jacob Bryce Hollingsworth, Lujaik Bishop, Christian Alexander Henderson, and Enrique Leonel Hernandez,Tanner Hinojoza, Hayden Hinojoza. Seven great-granddaughters; E’Licca Cyna Noahel Sanderson, Grace Elizabeth Hinojoza, Rylee Slimmons, Ma’Ryssa Lynn Sanderson, Saylla Addison Sanderson, Emma Ryan Hollingsworth, Marie Elizabeth Henderson, Brittany Hinojoza . Two brothers; Orville Clayton Bridges and wife Alma, Charles Edward Bridges and wife Jean. One sister; Appie Lona Hines, and numbers of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 6:00- 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 12:30 PM at The Restland Wildwood Chapel.
