FRAZIER, DOROTHY L. Dorothy Lee Frazier was born February 28, 1924 in Rosebud, TX. She passed away peacefully at Medical City Hospital on September 10, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with leukemia. The daughter of Emil and Minnie Doskocil, Dorothy grew up on her parent’s small farm in Central Texas with her 5 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her two children, Sharon Barak and husband, Gary, of Pasadena, TX and William R. ‘Rusty’ Fuqua and his wife, Deborah, of Richardson, TX. She has four grandchildren, Kenny Hatley of Houston, Cheryl Tannehill of Sugar Land, Devon Fuqua of Dallas and Will Fuqua III of College Station. Dorothy was also blessed with a great grandchild, Ashlyn Tannehill, who is two years old. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, W. R. ‘Bill’ Fuqua, in 1977. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Frazier, in 1999. Dorothy was a fun loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her grandkids knew her lovingly as ‘MeMe’. She was a dedicated homemaker and always encouraged her children and grandchildren to work hard and care for others.
