Dorothy Coufal Hampton's Obituary
Dorothy Coufal Hampton, 100, of Temple, formerly of Dallas, died Friday, March 26. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Crown Hill Mausoleum and Memorial Park in Dallas. Mrs. Hampton was born on Oct. 22, 1909, to Matilda Motl and John Coufal in Seaton. On April 18, 1934, she married William Bruce “Bill” Hampton and she was a homemaker. She had worked as a nurse maid/family maid for various families. She was a member of SPJST Lodge 47 in Seaton. She was preceded in death by her husband. Survivors include a son, John Wayne Hampton of Dallas; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
