Henderson, Dorothy born on July 20, 1925 in Mineola, Texas and passed away on September 2, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by parents, John Varner Allen and Myrtle Parker Allen; sisters, Marvice White, Audrey Cline, Habe Marino; and brothers, Haines Allen and JV Allen. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Hugh Henderson, they would have celebrated their 68th anniversary on September 13, 2015. Dorothy is also survived by daughters, Anna Carole Peel, Kathy Singleton, Jana Jo Loyd; son, Dr. Allen Hugh Henderson; 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 1:00PM followed by a service at 2:00PM at Lake Highlands Baptist Church, 642 Brookhurst Dr. in Dallas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
